"Albergo abbastanza accogliente con personale molto disponibile e che parla italiano. Hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste con garbo e gentilezza. Ci siamo trovati molto bene anche per la pulizia e la vicinanza al santuario. Consigliatissimo per tutti. Le camere sono ampie e dotate di tutto l'occorrente e comodissimo avere il wifi. "We loved everything about the hotel and were very much at home there. The staff is very kind, helpful, and accessible to you before your stay. The rooms are clean, spacious and lovely. The food is delicious and the location is excellent; it is in the heart of the city and yet tucked away on a quiet street, and it is easy to access from airpot , bus or train station, . "Sehr herzliche Gastfreundschaft und persönliche Betreuung durch die beiden Besitzer, M.Thierry und M.Xavier Carnino, sowie Mme.Charlotte! Alles stimmt, besonders gut die Tatsache, dass im November die "Saison" durch die Pilger leider vorüber ist und die meisten Hotels geschlossen sind. "I drove to Lourdes with my wife who required the use of a wheelchair. Stayed 2 nights (Oct 08) . The location and garage facilities at this hotel are ideal for someone in this situation. The help & advice given by the hotel manager for getting about the town was invaluable - e.g the use of the public lift. The hotel menu was restricted, but the quality was good.
