How to get to the hotel

Coming by car from Tarbes or Pau follow the direction CENTRE-VILLE, LES HALLES. As you pass under the railway bridge, you take the main avenue (Avenue Marasin), on your way the tourist information office is on your right, you keep on straight ahead until the next traffic light. At this point you turn right and you continue straight on, when you reach the end of the street you turn left and then immediately right down the "Rue Rouy", and you'll see the hotel right in front of you.

On foot from the SNCF train station (it takes 20-25 minutes walking), you take right and go down the Avenue de la Gare till the roundabout, then left and follow the Avenue Maransin passing the Tourist Office on your right-hand side, until you get to the next traffic lights, there is a bakery called "La Mie Câline", at that point you turn right down the Rue de la Grotte and keep on walking for approximately 150 m, at the second crossroads go left and follow the Rue des Pyrénées. Our hotel is 100 meters further on the right side.

By plane, this region is served by four airports: The Biarritz-Anglet-Bayonne and Toulouse-Blagnac Airports at approximately 170 km, (106 miles), there also good rail connections SNCF to Lourdes. The Pau-Pyrénées Airport is 50 km from Lourdes, there are taxis connections; one-way trip costs 80 to 110€, depending on the day and the hour. The Tarbes-Lourdes Airport is 16 km (10 miles) from Lourdes, there are taxis connections (30 to 35€) or by bus ("Maligne") for 2€ per person. Contact us for the schedules.

Driving in the city

To discover downtown Lourdes, it is advisable not to take the car, because finding a place to park is really not easy. If necessary, you could use the city bus (1.20€ per person) that runs from 07.30 to 22.30 and serves the city centre, the train station, the Sanctuaries and the funicular of the Pic du Jer. The historic city centre is 5 minutes walking from the hotel and the Sanctuaries 10 to 15 minutes. There is a public elevator, coming in handy and helpful, that links the two parts of Lourdes (the upper and the lower part of the city).

To discover the Pyrenees

By car or motorbike, nothing easier, you only need to take the road of Argelès-Gazost, which is 200m from the hotel.
To discover the surrounding area half-day or all-day excursions are organised, information and details are available at the reception desk.
